COUNTY OF WICHITA
WHEREAS, Florence Rousseau was the Owner of a tract of land out of Block G of the Irrigation Subdivision
of J. A. Scott Survey A-302, Wichita County, Texas, which was platted as the Woody Partee Addition and recorded
on Vol. 20, Page 13, Wichita County Plat Records;
AND WHEREAS the Northeast corner of said tract was located in conflict with a Texas Highway Department
drainage easement running adjacent to the East line of said tract;
Now Therefore, for the purpose of correcting said conflict, the metes and bounds description of said
Rousseau tract is hereby amended as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod in North line of Block 6, Irrigation Subdivision 428.7 feet N 89°51' W from its North-
east corner, said beginning corner being in the West line of an 80 foot wide drainage channel owned by the State
of Texas:
THENCE with North line of Block 6, N 89051' W 371.3 feet to iron rod in the curved East R.O.W. line of Old Jacks-
boro Highway whose radius is 1969.86 feet and the bearing of the tangent to the curve at this point is N 3D38' E;
THENCE in a Southerly direction along the arc of said curve, 224.3 feet to an iron rod set in Northeast Right-
of-way line of Central Freeway East;
THENCE with Northeast line of Freeway, S 20,49, E 85.0 feet to iron rod on curve whose radius is 5539.08 feet
and the bearing of the tangent to the curve at this point is S 53°38' E;
THENCE on a Southeasterly direction along the arc of said curve 440.1 feet to an iron rod set in West line of
80 foot wide drainage channel for Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with West line of said drainage channel, N 0121, E 547.2 feet to the place of beginning and containing
3.711 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or through a
duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed,
