WHEREAS, Florence Rousseau is the owner of a tract of land out of Block 6 of the Irri-
gation Subdivision of J.A. Scott Survey A-302, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod in North line of Block 6, Irrigation Subdivision 399.1 feet N 890511W
from its Northeast corner, said beginning corner being in the West line of an 80 foot wide
drainage channel owned by the State of Texas
THENCE with North line of Block 6, N 89'51'W 379.3 feet to iron rod in the curved East R.O.W.
line of Old Jacksboro Highway whose radius is 1969.86 feet and the bearing of the tangent to
the curve at this point is N 3038'E;
THENCE in a Southerly direction along the arc of said curve, 224.3 feet to an iron rod set in
Northeast Eight -of -way line of Central Freeway East;
THENCE with Northeast line of Freeway, S 20°49'E 85.0 feet to iron rod on curve whose radius
is 5539.08 feet and the bearing of the tangent to the curve at this point is S 53°38'Ei
THENCE on a Southeasterly direction along the are of said curve 440,1 feet to an iron rod set
in West line of 30 foot wide drainage channel for Southeast corner of this tract,
THENCE with West line of said drainage channel, N 19141'E 547.3 feet to the place of beginning
and containing 3.764 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown
for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
