and East 1756 feet from the Southwest corner of Said
Thomas Curry Survey;
Thence South 880 13' East 440.46 feet to a point
for the Northeast corner of said Lot McCain
Addition for the Southeast corner of ttis tract, said
point also being in the West line of Spur 325;
Thence North 050 53' East 317.95 feet along the
West line of Spur 325 to a paint for the Northeast corner
of this tract;
Thence South 890 53' West 681.28 feet along the
South line of the Texas Electric Service Co. 0.803 acre
tract as recorded in Vol. 771, Pogo 545, Wichita County
Deed Records to a point in a curve of the East right-of-way
line of the M-K-T Railroad (formerly the Wichita Falls &

the bearing of the tangent to the curve at said point
