being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of a 40 acre tract of land in the above mentioned Thomas Curry Survey,
said 40 acres being more specifically described as Tract No, 2 in a deed from C.H. Krottinger at al to S.B.
Heard et al, recorded in Volume 240, Page 301, of the Deed Records of Wichita County;
The above mentioned Northwest corner of said 40 acre tract is further identified as hearing North 2160
feet and East 1756 feet from the Southwest corner of the above mentioned Thomas Curry Survey, said Northwest
corner of said 40 acres being the Northwest corner of the herein described tract and the place of beginning
Of this description;
Thence S. 86019'E along the North line of the above mentioned 40 acre tract a distance of 440.46 feet
to a Texas Highway Department Right -of -Way Monument in the West rignt-of-way line of SPUR 325
(Sheppard Field Spur ;
Thence S. 110 43' W. along the Westright-of-way line of said SPUR 325 426.6 feet to a
Texas Highway Department Monument in the East right-of-way of the Wichita Falls and Northwestern Railroad
right-of-way;
Thence in a Northwesterly direction along a 0.9913 degree curve to the right along said right-of-way
line which lies 50 feet East of and parallel to the main tract a total distance of 557.98 feet to the piece
of beginning and containing 2.16 acres, more or less.
