BEGINNING at an iron rod in the South line of J. V. Wheeler Survey A-377, for the Southwest corner of a
10 acre tract owned by the Wichita Falls Independent School District as recorded in Volume 637, Page 469
of Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE West along the South line of said Wheeler Survey 461.0 feet;
THENCE North 346.9 feet;
THENCE N 560 12' E 250.0 feet;
THENCE North 140.0 feet to the South R.O.W. of U.S. Highway 82 and 277;
THENCE N 56' 12' E along the South R.O.W. line of said Highway 68.07 feet to the beginning of a curve to
the right with a radius of 2790.0 feet;
THENCE along said curve to the right a distance of 230.76 feet to the Northwest corner of said 10 acre
tract;
THENCE South with the West line of said 10 acre tract 784.4 feet to the place of beginning and containing
6.101 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein
expressed.
