A. Scott Survey No. 17; THENCE S.87'-47'E. 208.87 feet with the South R.O.W. of Industrial Blvd. to its intersection with the West R.O.W. of Garrett Street; at a point South 20.08 feet from the North boundary line of J. A. Scott Survey No. 17; THENCE South 475.96 feet with the West R.O.W. of Garrett Street to a point; THENCE West 208.71 feet to a point; THENCE North 346.04 feet to a point; THENCE N.894-27'W. 390.93 feet to a point in the East R.O.W. of the Sheppard Access Road; THENCE N.124-45'W. 145.0 feet with said R.O.W. to a point in the South R.O.W. of Industrial Blvd, at a point S.124451E. 5.0 feet from the North boundary line of J. A. Scott Survey No. 17; THENCE S.894-02'E. 422.97 feet with the South R.O.W. of Industrial Blvd. to the place of beginning and containing 3.603 acres.
