Volume 405, Page 559 of the Deed Records of Wichita County, Texas, said rod being
1763.33 feet North and 5333.33 feet East of the Southwest corner of Robert Evans Survey
A-74, and in the West line of Turtle Creek Road;
THENCE South along the West line of Turtle Creek Road 500.0 feet to the Southeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 890531W 1359.7 feet to the Southwest corner of this tracts
THENCE N 010081E 499.9 feet to the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89056'E 1349.9 feet to the place of beginning and containing 15.55 acres
of land.
