A tract of land out of the Thomas Curry Survey, A-344 Wichita County, Texas,
and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a point in the North right—of—way of Enterprise Street, said point
bears North 4161.7 feet and East 2304.0 feet from the Southwest corner of the above
mentioned Thomas Curry Survey A-344, said corner also being the Southeast corner of
Lot 2. Samuel Subdivision, to the place of beginning of the herein described tract;
Thence North 080 05' East along the East line of the aforementioned Lot 2 to
the Southeast corner of Lot 1 of Samuel Subdivision, 209.00 feet;
Thence North 000 34' East 93.57 feet to the Northwest corner of this tract and
