2304.0 feet from the Southwest corner of the Thomas Curry Survey A-344, said point being S 89'30' W
192.2 feet from the intersection of the North right-of-way of Enterprise Street with the West right-
of-way of U. S. Highway Spur No. 325;
THENCE S 89030' W with the North right-of-way of Enterprise Street 107.8 feet to a point;

THENCE N 89030' E 347.1 feet to a point in the West right-of-way of said Spur No. 325;
