Texas and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follow s_
Beglaoing at a point for the Southeast corner of Lot 1, of the obo ve mentioned
Block 1, said point bears South 000 11' West 734.11 feet from theNorth east corner
of the "eve mentioned Section 5, for the Northeast corner of this tract and place
of beginning of this tract;
Thence along the East line of said Section 5, South 000 11' West 356.63 feet
to a paint for the most Northerly corner of Lot 16, of the above mentioned Block 1;
