Mayor Kindel Faulk stated this meeting, among other things of importance,
had been called for the purpose of honoring the retiring City Manager, Bill N.
Taylor.
RESOLUTION N0.242
/ WHEREAS, Bill N. Taylor, after two years of faithful service to the
Citizens of Wichita Falls as City Manager, has voluntarily retired from public
life,
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the Board of Aldermen of the City of
Wichita Falls, that in recognition of his many years of valuable service and in
appreciation of his contributions to municipal government, this Scroll be presented
to Mr. Taylor as an expression of the gratitude of this City Council and of the
people of the City of Wichita Falls, and as a permanent record of our "thanks" for
his pleasant and tireless co-operation with us in the service of our City.
