The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in called
session on the above date, in theCouncii Room of the Memorial Auditorium Building,
at 10:00 o'clock A.M., with the following members present:
Kindel Faulk Mayor
R. P. Willis 0
Lloyd C. Thomas Aldermen
Jack L. Hammond
J. Paul Montgomery
Geo. T. Henderson City Clerk
Bill N. Taylor City Manager
J. Walter Friberg City Attorney
Mayor Kindel Faulk stated this meeting had been called for the purpose
of holding a public hearing of Ordinance No. 1662.
ORDINANCE NO.1662
AN ORDINANCE ADOFPING A BUDGET FOR THE ENSUING FISCAL YEAR, BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 1953, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1954, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CHARTER
AND ORDINANCES CT THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
As advertised, the public hearing was held on Ordinance No. 1662. There
being no opposition voiced against the said Ordinance No. 1662, the following motion
was had:
Moved by Alderman Montgomery that the public hearing of Ordinance No.
1662 be closed.
Motion seconded by Alderman Thomas and carried by the following vote:
Yeas: Aldermen Willis, Thomas, Hammond and Montgomery.
Nays: None.
Moved by Alderman Thomas that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Montgomery and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
