The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in called
session on the above date, in the Council Room of the Memorial Auditorium Building,
at 1 30 o'clock P.M., with'the following members present:

A quorum being present, Mayor Faulk introduced Ordinance No. 1620:
ORDINANCE NO. 1620
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15911, AND GRANTING TO WICHITA CITY
' LINES, INC., A TEXAS CORPORATION, AND ITS LAWFUL SUCCESSORS THE RIGHT AND PRIVILEGE
TO CHARGE A CASH FARE OF'FIFTEEN"CENTS'FOR ADULT PERSONS, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERNS
AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH SUCH RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES SHALL BE EXERCISED.
whereupon the following motion was had:
Moved by Alderman Mason that the Board of Aldermen hold Public Hearings
on Ordinance No. 1620 on Saturday, July 12, 1952, at 10:00 A.M. and at the next
regular meeting to be held at 8:00 P.M. July 14, 1952, and direct the Public Hearings
be properly published in The Record News.
Motion seconded by Alderman Montgomery and carried.
Moved by Alderman Montgomery that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Mason and carried.
