The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in executive
session on the above date, at the Marchman Hotel Cafe, with the following members
present:
Kindel Faulk Mayor
R. P. Willis
Lloyd C. Thomas
Francis L. Harvey Aldermen
Dr. E. Aubrey Cox
J. Paul Montgomery
Henry D. Mason
Geo. T. Henderson City Clerk
Bi11.N. Taylor City Manager
J. Walter Friberg City Attorney
Moved by Alderman Montgomery that the Board of Aldermen protest the
action of the Wichita City Lines, Inc. regarding postings of certain changes,
thereby curtailing bus schedules without advising either the City Manager,
City Attorney or the City Council.
Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried.
The City Manager and the City Attorney were authorized and directed
to enter into an appropriate contract with reference to the sale of Kemp Blvd.
property to Paul Thiem and others.
Moved by Alderman Montgomery that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Thomas and carried.
