Res 99-X 12/4/1950 RESOLUTION NO.,Y
WHEREAS it has been made to appear to the Board of Aldermen of the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, that the cost of operation of the Municipal
Auditorium on a per night basis is $77.10, such sum representing the actual
expense of keeping such auditorium open for public use and without taking into
consideration any depreciation or wear and tear on the property involved;
NO4 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that from and after this date, such
auditorium shall not be granted for the use of any person, corporation, society,
or organization gratuitously, and that the minimum price set out in Ordinance
No. 1483 of $75.00 shall first be paid before .such auditorium may be used or
permission to use the same may be granted by the Board of Aldermen of the City
of Wichita Falls, Texas.
