WHEREAS" at a.called meeting of the Board of aldermen of the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, held in the Council Room of the Memorial Auditorium Building
in said city on the 7th day of April A. D. 1951, at which a quorum was present, same
On to be considered returns of the City Election held on April 1. 1952, for the yaw- -
poee of electing a Mayor and three Aldermen, and
WHEREAS, after canvassing the returns of said election, it was found to
be duly and legally held in all respects, and there were cast at said election
6303 votes, for the election of Mayor and three Alderman, and that '

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDSFSIEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS: ,
That Kindel Faulk was duly and legally elected Mayor, and that Dr. E.
Aubrey Cox, J. Paul Montgomery and Henry D.Mason were duly and legally elected
Alderman of the City of Wichita Falls, Taxes, at said election, and that said
election was in all respects legally held in accordance with the laws of the State
of Texas and the Charter and Ordinances of said City.
