garage apartment steel roof/exposed rafters, house porch railings and install a new wood privacy
fence in side yard (West Floral Heights Historic District)
IV. Action Item: Design Review— 1100 Travis St: Request approval to replace cedar shake shingle
roof, vents and limited wood decking/felt underlayment material with architectural laminated
asphalt composite shingles (RTHL #2506; City Landmark#7-Hodges Hardy-Chambers House)
V. Action Item: Design Review - 1408 Buchanan St: Request approval to replace sections of
deteriorated 6ft privacy fence with 8ft privacy fence (wood), remove rear alley chain link fence
sections to install new 8ft privacy fence (wood). (West Floral Heights Historic District)
