Ordinance making an appropriation to the Special Revenue Fund for
The Environmental Health Division in the amount of $2,500 received
from the National Environmental Health Association and authorizing
the City Manager to execute contract accepting same
WHEREAS, the National Environmental Health Association wishes to award
funding for participation in the NEARS program; and,
WHEREAS, the approval of these funds could not have been anticipated prior to
the adoption of the 2021 —2022 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in the Special Revenue Fund $2,500 for the
Environmental Health Division.
