Resolution authorizing the City Manager to reject bids for a Roll-off truck
WHEREAS, the City received a bid for a roll-off truck required by the Sanitation
Division; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on February 14, 2022; and,
WHEREAS, after review of the bids, the bids did not meet the minimum required
specifications set forth for delivery time by the City; and,
WHEREAS, it is determined that in the City's best interest to reject bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to reject all bids received and opened on February
14, 2022 fora roll-off truck.
