RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT ON CONTRACT WITH
BUCHANAN CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR THE NEW ROOF SEC-
TION OVER THE SECURITY ROOM AT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Buchanan Construction Co. entered
into a contract September 18, 1984 for construction of a roof section at Municipal
Airport; and,
WHEREAS, the construction of such project has been completed in accordance
with plans and specifications; and,
WHEREAS, the balance owed the contractor is $12,700.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, THAT:

The construction of such project is accepted by the City of Wichita Falls and
the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to such contractor in the

amount of $12,700.00.
