Resolution authorizing award of bid for the purchase of roll-out refuse
and yard waste carts from Rehrig Pacific Company in the amount of
$89,655.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of roll-out refuse and yard waste carts; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on January 14, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder was Rehrig
Pacific Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the purchase of roll-out refuse and yard waste carts is awarded to
Rehrig Pacific Company in the amount of $89,655.00 and City staff are authorized to
execute all documents necessary to purchase said items in accordance with bid
specifications.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of February, 2022.
