3. City staff update on progress of the Wichita Falls Business Park Infrastructure Project.
4. Discussion and action authorizing the WFEDC to execute an interlocal agreement with the
City of Wichita Falls accepting $1,045,845.00 from the City so as to allow the WFEDC to
install 10 inch and 15 inch sanitary sewer line improvements and 12 inch water line
improvements to serve the Wichita Falls Business Park.
5. Consider and take action to award bid and contract for the Wichita Falls Business Park
Fisher Road & Midwestern Parkway Improvements (Project A) to Wilson Contracting, in
the amount of $4,315,925.00, and authorizing the Board president to execute all related
documents.

In accordance with TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE §551.087, to discuss or deliberate the offer
of a financial or other incentive, including modification to an existing agreement, for a
business prospect that the WFEDC seeks to have, locate, stay, or expand in or near the
territory of the City of Wichita Falls and with which the WFEDC is conducting economic
development negotiations for creation and retention of primary jobs (as defined by TEX.
LOCAL Gov'T. CODE §501.002)
