Resolution authorizing the City Manager to reject bids for a Trailer
Mounted Tier 3 Portable Generator
WHEREAS, the City received bids for a Trailer Mounted Tier 3 Portable Generator
required by the Water Purification Division; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on November 17, 2021; and,
WHEREAS, after review of the bids, the bids did not meet the minimum required
specifications set forth by the City; and,
WHEREAS, it is determined that in the City's best interest to reject bids and re-
advertise at a future date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to reject all bids received and opened on
November 17, 2021 for a Trailer Mounted Tier 3 Portable Generator.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of December, 2021.
