Res 044-2001 04/17/2001 RESOLUTION NO. 44- Q ) RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND/OR REJECTING BIDS FOR CERTAIN PARCELS OF EXCESS REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEEDS TO CONVEY TITLE; DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW. WHEREAS, 73 parcels of excess real property have been advertised for sale to the general public; and WHEREAS, sealed bids were opened on March 26, 2001, which were submitted by 25 bidders who desire to purchase said property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1.
