RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 4B BOARD
OF DIRECTORS FISCAL YEAR 2003-2004 BUDGET FOR A
COMPUTER AIDED DISPATCH AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the 4B Board of Directors did meet on July 29, 2004 and accepted a
Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management System project; and
WHEREAS, less the debt service funds allocated for this project, a budget
amendment in the amount of$2,518,705 is hereby recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The 4B Board of Directors fiscal year 2003-2004 Budget is hereby
amended in the amount of $2,518,705 for a Computer Aided Dispatch and Records
Management System.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
