request from United Regional Health Care United Regional
System in accordance with Section
4.10.4(h) of the Second Restated and
Amended Management Contract and
Lease Agreement by & between The
Wichita County-City of Wichita Falls,
Texas Hospital Board [WHB] and United
Regional Health Care System, Inc.:
i. Approval to construct, furnish and
equip a new orthopedic/sports
medicine facility on the former
Wichita General Hospital site; and
ii. Approval to contract with The Beck
Group for construction of the
facility.
