NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Wichita Falls City Council will meet, Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. in the
Council Chambers, Memorial Auditorium, 1300 7th Street, Wichita Falls, Texas to conduct a
public hearing to consider the following:
Proposed Petitioned Annexation
Owner-initiated annexation of a 32.93 +/- acre tract that will be part of the Trophy Park
Subdivision — Section 5; specifically, a portion of Blocks 12 & 13, Denton County School Land,
League 2, A-57 in Wichita County, Texas. This proposal will allow access to city-style services
for continued development of the residential subdivision situated west of Gregg Road and south
of Southwest Parkway.
Proposed Zoning Amendment
Case R 21-07 zone 32.93 +/-acres out of Blocks 12 & 13, Denton County School Land, League
2, A-57, Wichita County to Single Family 2 Residential (SF-2) and a Land Use Plan classification
of Low Density Residential (LDR). The property will become part of Section 5, Trophy Park
Subdivision west of Gregg Road.

Wheelchair or handicapped accessibility to the meeting is possible by using the handicapped
parking spaced and ramp located in the front parking lot of the main entrance. Spanish
language interpreters, interpreters for the deaf, Braille copies or any other special needs will be
provided to any person requesting a special service with at least 24-hours notice by calling the
City Clerk's office at 761-7409.
