Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Convention
Center Management and Lease Agreement with O'Reilly Hospitality
Management, LLC for the day-to-day management and operation of
the Convention Center
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires that O'Reilly Hospitality Management,
LLC, undertake the management of the convention center of property at the site of the
Multi-Purpose Events Center; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such an agreement is in the best
interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Convention Center
Management and Lease Agreement with O'Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC for the
day-to-day management and operation of the Convention Center.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of October, 2021.
