Resolution authorizing the City Manager to approve Change Order No.
1 for the Hike & Bike Trail from Loop 11 to Lucy Park for a reduction
of$130,393.49
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has tabulated the final quantities for Change
Order No. 1 for a reduction of$130,393.49 for a final contract amount of$2,258,529.46.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 for the Hike & Bike
Trail from Loop 11 to Lucy Park in the amount of a reduction of$130,393.49,
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of October, 2021.
