feet to an iron rod found in the East line of a 15' alley and at the Northwest corner of said
Anthony tract,for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 28' 44" E, with the East line of a 15' alley a distance of 80.06 feet to an
iron rod found at the Southwest corner of said Lot 4, for the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 49' 31" E, with the South line of said Lot 4, Cherokee — Ditto Subdivision, a
distance of 199.77 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.37 ACRE of land.
