being in the North Right —of —Way line of Olen Street and bears N 00' 41' 05" E 25.54 feet
and S 89' 18' 55" E 411.85 feet from a nail found at the intersection of the centerlines of
Olen Street and California Street, said iron rod being the .Southwest corner of this tract;;
THENCE N 00' 41' 05" E with the East line of said Glasgow tract, a distance of 216.98 feet
to an iron rod set in the South line of a tract of land conveyed to Katherine Florence by
deed recorded in Volume 1933, Page 414, Official Public Records of Wichita County, said iron
rod being at the Northeast corner of said Glasgow tract, and being the Northwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE S 89° 20' 32" E with the South line of said Florence tract, a distance of 93.02 feet
to an iron rod set for the most Northerly Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00` 41' 03" W a distance of 67.01 feet to an iron rod set for an interior corner of
this tract;
THENCE S 89' 18' 52" E with the South line of said Florence tract, a distance of 49.98 feet
to an iron rod set at the Northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to The City of
Wichita Falls, by deed recorded in Volume 4143, Page 196, Official Public Records of Wichita
County, said iron rod being the most Easterly Northeast corner of this tract
THENCE S 00' 40' 54" W with the West line of said City of Wichita Falls tract, a distance of
150.02 feet to an iron rod set at the Southwest corner of said City of Wichita Falls tract,
said iron rod being in the North Right —of -Way line of Olen Street and being the Southeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 18' 52" W along the North Right —of —Way line of Olen Street, a distance Of
143,01 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.635 ACRE of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
