Whereas Skyline Developers, Inc., a corporation, and Gibson Products Companies of Wichita
Falls and Lawton Profit Sharing Trust are the Owners of a certain tract of land situated in
Block 11, Denton County School Land, League 1, Abst. 58, Wichita County, Texas described as
follows;
TRACT NO. 1:
BEGINNING for connection at a point in the occupation fence between Blocks 11 and 12 of
said Denton County School Land, which said point is 424.5 feet South and 47 feet East of the
Northeast corner of Block 11, said point being in the South right-of-way line of Kell Boule-
vard as proposed by the Texas Highway Department, a � inch iron rod; THENCE S 73°03' W along
said South right-of-way line 211.5 feet to the place of beginning of the tract herewith des-
cribed, ' inch iron rod; THENCE S 73*03' W, along said South right-of-way line 370.1 feet to
a point in said line, a � inch iron rod; THENCE S 02*02' W, 594.4 feet to a point, a z inch
iron rod; THENCE S 87A58' E, 350.0 feet to a point, the Southeast corner of this tract and
being 200.0 feet N 87*58' W from the occupation fence between Blocks 11 and 12 of said Denton
County School Land, a -� inch iron rod; THENCE N 02A02' E, parallel to said occupation fence
714.8 feet to the place of beginning and containing 5.26 acres of land.

BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Tract No. 1, herein described; THENCE S 73°02' W
along the North line of said Tract No. 1, 370.1 feet to the Northwest corner of same; THENCE
