Wichita County, Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and
bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod at the northeast corner of Lot 15, Block
37, Fountain Park, Section 1-6 Extended, said iron rod being South 25' 49'
East 190.0 feet from the intersection of the west right-of-way line of St.
Janes Terrace, a dedicated street, and the north right-of-way line of York
Street, a dedicated street;
Thence South 25' 49' East 150.49 feet to a 112" iron rod for the
southeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 52' 03' West 86.69 feet to a 112" iron rod for an ell
corner;
Thence North 75' 29' West 84.08 feet to a 1/2" iron rod lying in the
right-of-way 14ne of a cul-de-sac of Cromwell Avenue;
Thence along a 114.591 degree curve to the left having a central angle
of 114' 16' 250, a radius of 50.0 feet and a total length of 99.72 feet to
a 112" iron rod;
Thence leaving said right-of-way line North 09' 45' 32" West 68.12
feet to a 1/2" iron rod for the northwest corner of this tract;
Thence South 75' 45' West 157.49 feet to the place of beginning and
containing 0.58 acre, more or less.
