A tract of land known as Lots 14-A a 15-A. Block 56, Fountain Park, Section 7-D, an addition
to the city of Wichita Falls, Texas; said tract also out of Block 10, Denton County School Lands,
League 1, Wichita County, Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows
Beginning at a point in the North right-of-way line of Prince Edward Drive, for the Southeast
corner of Lot I -A, of the above mentioned Block 56; said point bears North 890 53' East 704.4 feet
and North 710 46' East 616.0 feet from the Southwest corner of the above mentioned Block 10; for the
Southwest corner of this tract, and place of beginning of this description;
Thence leaving said North right-of-way line, North 060 29' West 93.93 feet to a point for the
Northeast corner of said Lot 1-A and the Southeast corner of Lot 2 of said Block 56;
Thence North 150 46' East 93.27 feet to a point for the Northeast corner of said Lot 2
and the Southwest corner of Lot 13 of said Block 56;
Thence South 650 15' East 127.20 feet to a point in the above mentioned North right-of-way line
of Prince Edward Drive;
Thence along said North right-of-way line, South 240 45' West 21.60 to a point of curvature;
Thence continuing along said North right-of-way line of Prince Edward Drive along a 27.312
degree curve to the right, having a radius of 2D9.78 feet and a central angle of 450 57' 30.5%,
a total distance of 168.30 feet to the place of beginning and containing, 0.36 acres, more or less.
