city of Wichita Falls, Texas; said tract also out of the Denton County School Land, League 1, Block 10,
Wichita County, Texas, and being more specifically described by mates and bounds as follows:
Saobnning at a point in the East right-of-way line of Prince Edward Drive, said point bears
North 89 53' East 704.4 feet and North 530 13 East 1104.1 feet from the Southwest corner of the above
mentioned Block 10; for the Northwest corner of this tract and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said East right-of-way line of Prince Edward Drive, North 240 45' East 28.10 feet to
a point of curvature;
Thence continuing along said East right-of-way line, along a 25.263 day roe curve to the right,
having a radius of 226.80 feet and a central angle of 430 19' 13.3-• a total distance of 171.48 feet to
a point of tangency;
Thence along said right-of-way line, North 680 04' East 36.11 feet to a point for the Northwest
