Section 7-0, out of the Denton County School Land, League 1, Block 10, Wichita
County, Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point for the intersection of the North right-of-way line of
Prince Edward Drive and the East right-of-way line of Marigold Lana, said point
bears North of 15' 48.7" East 1200.99 feet from the Southwest corner of the above
mentioned Block 10, said point being the place of begining of the herein described
tract:
Thence along the East line of the above mentioned Marigold Lane, North OOP 07' West
105.00 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 2 of the above mentioned Block 56;
Thence leaving the Eart line of said Marigold Lane, North 89P S'3' East 90.00 feet /
to a point for the Southeast corner of said Lot 2;
Thence North 150 46' East 93.27 feet to a point for the most Northerly corner of
this tract and the Northeast of the above mentioned Lot 2;
Thence South 65` 15' East 127.20 feet to a point in the North right-of-way line of
the above mentioned Prince Edward Drive for the most Southerly corner of Lot 13 of the

Thence along the North right-of-way line of said Prince Edward Drive South 24o
45' West 21.60 feet to a point of curvature;
Thence continuing along said Prince Edward Drive, along a 27.3V curve to the
rignt, having a radius of 209.78 feet and a central angle of 65- 09', a distance of
238.50 feet;
Thence continuing along said Prince Edward Drive, South 890 53' West 31.49 feet
to the place of beginning and containing 0.57 acres, more or less.
