of curvature; Thence continuing along said West right-of-way line along a 4.14 degree curve to the left having a radius of 13B4.56
feet, a distance of 143.9 feet to a point for the most Easterly Southeast corner of this tract and place of beginning of this description;
Thence continuing along said West right-of-way line of McNi el Avenue, and continuing along said 4.14 degree curve to the left,
