Now therefore know all men by these presents, that I, Elie E. Lam,
Presider of Skyline Developers Inc., do adopt this plat designating the
herein-pbove described property as Replat of Block 37, Fountain Park, Section
1-B, an kddition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and I hereby dedicate
to the public use forever the easements shown thereon.
