Beginning at the point of intersection of the South line of McNeil Avenue and the West
line of Leighton Circle South, said point bears South 650 13' 56" West 2658.01 feet from the
Northeast corner of said Block 2;
Thence along the Southline of McNeil Avenue as follows; North 820 31' West 380.10
feet to a point of curvature; along a 7.342 degree curve, having a radius of 780.38 feet,
to the right, a distance of 98. 06 feet to a point in the East line of York Street fo,z the
Northwest corner of this tfact, the bearing of the tangent to the curve at said point being
North 750 19' West;
Thence along the Ealt line of York Street as follows; South 180 56' West 51.40 feet
to a point of curvature; along an 11.380 degree curve to the right, having a rad us of
503.48 feet, a distance of 156.92 feet to a point in said curve for the Northwest corner of
Lot 2, Block 37, Fountain Park Section 1—B and the Southwest corner of this tract the bearing
of the tangent to the curve at said point being South 360 47' 26" West;
Thence South 520 51' 40' East 427.07 feet along the North line of said Lot 2 to a point
in a curve of the West line of Leighton Circle South for the Southeast corner of this tract,
the bearing of the tangent to the curve at said point being North 420 33' 24" East;
