having a radius of 965.00 feet, for the Northwestcorner of this tract;
THENCE Southeasterly with the South line of Maplewood Avenue and said curve to the right

at the end of said curve to the right;
THENCE S 65. 51' 41" E, with the South line of Maplewood Avenue, a distance of 30.12 feet
to an iron rod set at the Northwest corner of said City of Wichita Falls tract, for the
Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00° 50' 22" W, with the West line of said City of Wichita Falls 'tract, a distance of
535.11 feet to the PLACE of BEGINNING and containing 1.66 acres of land.
