Plot Records, and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of said Lot 26, said rod being in
the East line of Barrywood Drive, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 47' 13" E, with the North line of said Lot 26, a distance of 130.14 feet to an
iron rod found at the Northeast corner of said Lot 26, for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 02' 46" W, with the East line of said Lot 26, a distance of 4.99 feet to a nail
found at the Northwest corner of said Lot 5, for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 59' 54" E, with the North line of said Lot 5, a distance of 129.88 feet to on
iron rod found of the Northeast corner of said Lot 5, said rod being in the West line of
Lansing Boulevard, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 02' 46" W, with the East line of said Lot 5 and the West line of Lansing
Boulevard, a distance of 79.92 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said Lot
5, for Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 58' 19" W, with the South line of said Lot 5, at 130.08 feet pass an iron rod
found at the Southwest corner of said Lot 5 and the Southeast corner of said Lot 26, and
continuing on the some course with the South line of said Lot 26 a total distance of 260.01
feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of said Lot 26, said rod being in the East
line of Borrywood Drive, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the West line of said Lot 26 and the East line of Barrywood Drive as follows:
N 00' 11' 19" E a distance of 74.43 feet to an "X" in concrete found at the beginning of a
curve to the right having a radius of 4260.30 feet; Northerly with said curve to the right an
arc distance of 10.84 feet (Chord = N 00' 59' 15" W — 10.84 feet) to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.49 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
