THENCE Easterly along said curve an arc distance of 265.02 feet to an iron rod set at a point of reverse
curvature, said reverse curve having a radius of 1035.00 feet, a central angle of 19' 15' 05', a chord that

THENCE Easterly along said curve on arc distance of 182.08 feet to an iron rod set for the Northeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 02' 20' 31' E at 70.00 feet pass an iron rod set, and continuing on some course, in all a
distance of 494.36.feet to an iron rod set for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 44' 38" W a distance of 49.50 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of a tract
of land conveyed to RWH Enterprises, Inc. by deed recorded in Volume 1573, Page 615. Official Public Records
of Wichita County, for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 44' 38" W, at 33.2 feet pass a spike nail found at the Northeast corner of Lot B. Block, 63,
Fountain Park Section 8D, as recorded in Volume 26, Page 183, Wichita County Plat Records, and continuing
on same course, in all a distance of 133.27 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of said Lot

recorded in Volume 25, Page 341, Wichita County Plat Records, for an angle corner of this tract;
