do adopt this plat designating the hereinabove described property as Fountain Park, Section 3-B, an Addition to the City
of Wichita Falls, Texas, and does hereby dedicate to the public use forever the streets, alleys, parks, water course*,
drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
