'Whereas Carl E. Wheeler is the owner of a certain tract of land out of Block One of S. R.
Ludolphus Subdivision of Block Nine of J. A.. Kemp Subdivision of William Mayer Survey, Abstract
No. 193, 4,Iichita County, Texas, described as follows:
Beginning at a point five feet East of the Northwest corner of Block Cne of said S. R. Ludolphus
Subdivision;
Thence East along the North line of said Block One, 97G feet to a point;
Thence South 342.5 feet to a point;
Thence S 890-461W 9-16 feet to a point;
Thence North 346.5 feet to the place of beginning and containing 7.76 Acres of land, more or
less.
Now therefore, know all men by these presents that I, Carl E. Wheeler do adopt this Plat,
designating the hereinabove described property as Roberts Subdivision, an Addition to the city of
1.'ichita Falls, Texas, and I do hereby dedicate to the Public use forever the streets, .,lleys,
and Easements shown thereon.
