Whereas the McKenney-Seabury Co. & McKenny-Seabury Farms is the owner of a certain
tract of land out of Block 16, Cherokee County School Land, Abstract No. 33 Wichita County,
Texas, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 48 feet East of the best Northwest corner of Block 16, Cherokee
County School Land, A-33:
Thence East 1486.3 feet to a point;
Thence S 0°-131E 465 feet to a point;
Thence S 890-471W 120 feet to a point;
Thence N 88°-59'W 50 feet to a point;
Thence S 890-471W 138 feet to a point;
Thence N 7°-471W 132 feet to a point;
Thence N 49°-291W 22.5 feet to a point;
