A 0.344 acre tract of land out of Block 4 of the Fairview
Addition, an addition to the city of Wichita Falls as recorded in
Volume 1, Page, 12, Wichita County Plat Records, and being
more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 5/8 inch iron rod in the east right—of—way
line of Lebanon Road, a dedicated city street, and in the west
line of said Block 4 for the northwest comer of Lot 14 of said
Block 4 and the northwest comer and PLACE OF BEGINNING of
this tract;
THENCE leaving the east right—of—way line of said Lebanon -
Road, EAST 150.00 feet along the north line of said Lot 14 to
0 1/2 inch Iron rod in the west line of a dedicated 20 foot
alley for the northed§t corner of sold Lot 14 and the northeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving the north line of said Lot' 14, SOUTH 100.00
