THENCE with the North Right -of -Way line of Kell Freeway as follows: S 41' 351 W, 36.1 feet and S 640 34' W,
139.55 feet to an iron rod in the West line of Lot 7, Block 28, Fairview Addition and the East line of an
alley;
THENCE N 000 02' W with East line of said alley 87.0 feet to an iron rod, the Northwest corner of Lot 6,
Block 28;
THENCE East with the North line of said Lot 6, for a distance of 150.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGIATIIM and
containing 0.172 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person or
