recorded in Volume 1, Page 12, Wichita County Plot Records, for the Southeast comer of this
tract;
THENCE S 89' 44' 27" W with the North line of said Lot 3, a distance of 90.00 feet to an
iron rod set at its Northwest comer in the East line of Lot 1-A, Block 6, Fairview Addition,
as recorded in Volume 27, Page 701, Wichita County Plat Records, for the Southwest comer
of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 05' 38" E with the East line of said Lot 1-A, a distance of 100.00 feet to an
iron rod found in the South right-of-way of York Street, a dedicated street, for the
Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 44' 27" E with the South right-of-woy line of York Street, a distance of
89.95 feet to an iron rod found in the West right-of-way line of Pennsylvania Road, a
dedicated street, for the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 04' 00" W with the West right-of-way line of Pennsylvania Road, a distance of
100.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.206 Acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, a sements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein a ressed.
