Deed Records, said beginning point being at the intersection of the West line of Block 6, J. A. Kemp's
Subdivision of William Mayer Survey and the South Right -of -Way line of Seymour Highway;
THENCE N 670 02' E, along said Right -of -Way line, 315.0 feet to the Northwest corner of a 1.835 acre tract;
THENCE S 230 04' E,310.3 feet to the Southwest corner of said 1.835 acre tract;
THENCE N 660 53' E, 261.0 feet to the Southeast corner of said 1.835 acre tract, on the centerline of an
Irrigation Canal Lateral;
THENCE S 240 18' E, 300.0 feet to Southeast corner of this tract on centerline of Irrigation Canal Lateral;
THENCE S 690 50' W, at 15.0 feet pass iron rod, and continuing on same course, in all, 830.75 feet to iron
rod in West line of Block 6;
THENCE with West line of Block 6, N 00' 26' E, 620.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 7.684
acres of land.
