Beginning at a point 339.1 feet North
and 10 feet lest of the Southeast corner of
W.C. Napier Survey, Wichita County, Texas;
Thence S 89°-481141 466.3 feet .to a point;
Thence North 106.8 feet to a point;
Thence Northeasterly along a curve to
the left with central angle of 410-45' and
radius of 539.6 feet for a distance of 225.1
to end of curve and beginning of another curve;
Thence Northeasterly along a curve to
the left with central angle of 480-15' and
radius of 855 feet for a distance of 228.5
feet to a point;
Thence East 126.8 feet to a point;
Thence South 38S feet to the place of
beginning.
Now therefore, know all men by these
